1 of them came down first, we decide to go to the coffeeshop( or was it a market?) to wait for them at the same time, try out the Penang Laksa. The Laksa, well what can i say, got more veg than noodles. The gravy is nice though and it is RM2.5 only, the sugarcane juice is very sweet. After we meet up, we went to the coffeeshop opposite and waited for the bus. I wanted some kaya puff but it was sold out so i go for the muah chee. The muah chee is the nicest i have tasted! The bus came after a long wait.

Gurney plaza was up next. It is a shopping plaza at Gurney drive(obviously =.="), the hotel beside is a very luxurious hotel. Gurney Plaza is one of the newest and biggest shopping mall in Penang. We window-shopped once again, since the shops there are more or less selling branded goods. At evening, the street beside the Plaza will turn into a food galore, it provides tourists the taste of local dishes, it is more expensive than the local food as it caters for the tourists. We bought 10 packs of grilled cuttlefish back as Singapore's grilled cuttlefish costs a bomb. The cuttlefish is freshly grilled and they sealed it to keep its freshness.

We retired back at the hotel and went for our supper next (yes, i eat a lot.). The supper is at Sunway Hotel again, note that it is the food stalls outside the hotel not the restaurant inside. We ate the same as yesterday and once again, bought take-away. We rested for the night after the supper. Next morning, we headed for KL. In KL, i missed my favorite food, Lok Lok, something like a steamboat but the ingredients are served in skewers. Sadly, it rested on Wed, we had no choice but to eat the claypot nect door (yes, i was very sad). That was for the nightime, in the day, we just casually shopped at KLCC and Times square.

The next day, it is time to go home, we stop at Malacca for lunch. It was a Nyoya meal, it was horrible. The only thing i like about the whole course was the desserts, the chendol is sweet and fragant as they used the coconut sugar instead of some sugar syrup. We headed for the last rest stop next, Yong Peng. They brought us to a local shop to do our last shopping. We bought the wife biscuit and husband biscuit (a pair ^^) and some other local products before we go for dinner. The dinning place is just a corner turn from the shop, the last meal that the tour provide. It was very grand with shark fin soup as the first dish (not the first grade, that is), it is about the same as the other meals which we ate. We depart for Singapore next.
